    Eoin Treacy

    Managing Director

    Eoin Treacy is a qualified Civil & Environmental Engineer from UCD with a Masters in Project Management from UCD Smurfit School of Business with over 15 years experience in the Construction & Waste Industries.

     

    Eoin has been the Managing Director of Glanway Ltd since its incorporation in February 2014.

    Ger Walsh

    Commercial Manager

    Ger has worked within the Irish waste industry for almost 20 years, including as Commercial Manger during the development and operation of Ireland’s first Waste-to-Energy facility.

     

    Ger joined the Glanway Team in 2018 focusing on building Glanway’s strategic relationships with Clients for its alternative fuels, alternative raw materials, recyclables and other waste streams both hazardous and non-hazardous.

    Sean Dalton

    Operations Manager

    Sean studied electronic engineering in UCD after his Degree he worked in the UK, at first designing robotics for offshore oil rigs and then in the design and manufacture of industrial automation equipment for Siemens.

     

    Sean joined the Glanway Team in 2015 with a remit to greatly improve Glanway’s Operational Efficiency. In that time he has helped Glanway more than doubled its waste intake and throughput while simultaneously improving the overall facility workflow, maintenance procedures and cost efficiency.

    Bryan Wickham

    Financial Controller

    Bryan graduated from Waterford IT in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Accounting. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and has 15 years broad ranging experience. Bryan joined the Glanway team in 2018 following 8 years in Australia. Here he worked for CBH, the largest grain trading and export company in Western Australia. He held a number of senior finance roles across the various trading, processing and operations divisions while also spending 2 years as Fleet Manager, having full oversight of the 290 strong road fleet.

     

    Bryan's experience brings a strong focus on operational cost control, procurement and cash flow management while delivering timely management reporting and analysis.
