Eoin Treacy is a qualified Civil & Environmental Engineer from UCD with a Masters in Project Management from UCD Smurfit School of Business with over 15 years experience in the Construction & Waste Industries.

Eoin has been the Managing Director of Glanway Ltd since its incorporation in February 2014.

Sean studied electronic engineering in UCD and after his Degree he worked in the UK, at first designing robotics for offshore oil rigs and then in the design and manufacture of industrial automation equipment for Siemens.

Sean joined the Glanway Team in 2015 with a remit to greatly improve Glanway’s Operational Efficiency. In that time he has helped Glanway more than doubled its waste intake and throughput while simultaneously improving the overall facility workflow, maintenance procedures and cost efficiency.

A chartered certified accountant (ACCA/FCCA) since 2014. Žaneta has experience in diverse financial positions with multiple companies and a multinational organisation helped to gain an extensive insight in this field.

Žaneta joined the Glanway team in 2021 following 5 years in the mutual funds industry. Her experience brings a strong focus on overall financial management, improvement of financial performance of the company and implementation of internal controls. Key objectives of Žaneta's role are cost reduction and profit maximisation of the business.
