Eoin Treacy is a qualified Civil & Environmental Engineer from UCD with a Masters in Project Management from UCD Smurfit School of Business with over 15 years experience in the Construction & Waste Industries.
Eoin has been the Managing Director of Glanway Ltd since its incorporation in February 2014.
Ger has worked within the Irish waste industry for almost 20 years, including as Commercial Manger with Indaver Ireland during the development and operation of Ireland’s first Waste-to-Energy facility.
Ger joined the Glanway Team in 2018 focusing on building Glanway’s strategic relationships with Clients for its alternative fuels, alternative raw materials, recyclables and other waste streams both hazardous and non-hazardous.
Sean studied electronic engineering in UCD after his Degree he worked in the UK, at first designing robotics for offshore oil rigs and then in the design and manufacture of industrial automation equipment for Siemens.
Sean joined the Glanway Team in 2015 with a remit to greatly improve Glanway’s Operational Efficiency. In that time he has helped Glanway more than doubled its waste intake and throughput while simultaneously improving the overall facility workflow, maintenance procedures and cost efficiency.
Cliodhna is a CIMA qualified management accountant who graduated from UCD in 2001 with a BA (Hons) in Economics. Cliodhna also holds a Masters (MSc.) in Business Management from UCD with specialization in Human Resources Management. Cliodhna worked as a Financial Controller for Whitfield Private Hospital in Waterford before joining the Glanway Team in 2014.
Since that time Cliodhna has managed Glanway’s finances providing regular accurate financial reporting, strictly managing cashflow and setting up and maintaining Glanway’s HR policy’s and procedures.
